Day Trip

Toledo

Compared to the other day trip I was impressed by the train station upon leaving the train. Even before arrivign I can see the river and the libray. I went in and walk around a bit and it was pretty quiet, through it is narrow. I also walked past a few castle walls and it looks nice.

Museo del Ejército

There is a lot of exhibit on the military here, I thought hte weapons are intresting and how much decorations went into the weapons despite it not helping with functionality. The diorama of the paradeis pretty nice.

Next I also visited the upper floors and the castle looks very nice. I saw that people are quite creative in trying to kill each other. I saw a duel pistol as well as an infographic on how chemistry back then is used for gunpowder. Once again I felt that I lack some history to fully appericate the nunance, but the muslim influence is suprising. One of the tents has some muslim inspirations for example.

Along the Streets

As the city of swords damn there are a lot of swords. I was suprise by the sheer amount of swords that mimic popular characters and series through. Through it is a shame I can’t bring one back to my home nation, maybe in the future I will move here instead just to get some swords.

Don Quixote

There was a statue of Don Quioxite in the front of the stairs, I thought it looks pretty neat. I took a picture with it just like a tourist. There are some other interesting things like the cave of herclues,and the cathedral.

I thought the rivers are nice, it looks clear and the dam has a circular shape. As the sun sets I look at the sunset near the train station, the historical Milis are quite nice. This is one of the city where I felt that there are still things to do.
