Overview

So as usual I arrived in the early morning and checked in. I thought the city was beautiful as I walk through the riverside. It was also snowing.

I went to Lido for a meal and it was relatively nice. It reminds me of the “Caifan” from my homeland.

I felt that the sight at the river was really beautiful. For the first time I also went for a spa.

The Next Day

I went to the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum of Latvia. It has a lot of old houses and I learnt a bit about the ancient techniques. I was also jumpscared by a cat from one of the houses, so there was that. Still walking around in the snow was a unique experience. It felt like travelling through history. Even through most are closed the place looks stunning in winter, I learnt a bit about how life was at Latvia a long time ago.

As I went back to have another meal at Lido, I felt that I didn’t spend enough time here. However this short time is memorable. Walking across the city in snow was really nice.
